Use the forms and secure online applications listed below to apply for membership, loans, mortgages, and additional credit union accounts.
NOTE: If you are an existing BVCU member, you may still apply via the application links provided below, however it is preferred, and faster, to apply securely from within Online Banking.
Joining Boulder Valley CU is easy! To apply for membership, simply apply online below or visit us at one of our convenient branch locations.
Requirements: A minimum deposit of $5 to establish your account
Please have the following information ready, to make the application process as fast as possible:
- Driver's License/State ID or Passport
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Information for any Joint Account Owners or Beneficiaries
Applying for a loan is quick, secure and easy. Existing members can apply within Online Banking to expedite the process. Use this link to apply for:

Credit Card Application
Applying for a credit card is quick, secure and easy. Prior to applying, you can review our credit card product options by clicking on Credit Cards.

Deposit Account Application
You may open an additional deposit account for the following products once you have established membership at Boulder Valley CU.
- Checking Account
- Money Market
- Certificates of Deposit
Register for Online Banking
Register for eStatements & Online Bill Pay
You may register for these products securely within Online Banking. Once you have completed that registration process, login to Online Banking and follow the links in the main menu at the top of Online Banking to establish these services.
You may print out the following forms for your general use:
- Direct Deposit
Print out and complete our Direct Deposit Form and give it to the payroll manager at your place of work in order to complete the Direct Deposit process.
- Address Change
Should you have an Address Change, these forms are accepted securely via Online Banking or in person at any of our branches.
- Courtesy Pay Opt-In Form
- Deposit Slip
