Youth Products & Programs
At Boulder Valley CU we pride ourselves on our focus on financial literacy for our younger members before they graduate high school.
In addition to the products below, we offer a comprehensive student credit union educational program with several area high schools. Educating our younger members is important to us, and the programs below demonstrate our passion for youth financial education.
Student Credit Union Program
Boulder Valley CU has partnered with several local area high schools to sponsor student branches that teach important financial education account management and lessons prior to graduation. The program is designed with parent involvement to assist the student in preparing to manage their finances responsibly once they graduate and move on to college or a career.For direct access to your respective Student Branch:

We offer products and services geared towards our younger members. These programs were created to both educate and help parents educate their children about how to manage their finances prior to high school graduation.
An educational tool for high school age students requires parent involvement and helps the cardholder learn how to use credit responsibly in a controlled environment. 
Loans for college education are offered through Boulder Valley CU with our partnership with Sallie Mae.
Up to $7,500 in college scholarships are awarded annually to graduating high school seniors.
Financial education is offered online specific to age group. Both elementary school members and high school age members can benefit from our online financial education offerings.
